You must be at least 13 years old to use the Website.
Purchases made on the Website
The Website enables swimmers to book and buy swims, and related products and services, from Venues. All such purchases are governed by the terms and conditions of the Venue in question.
User-generated content
Venue staff may add content describing their Venue, visible to You. Swimmers may add content describing their swims, visible only to themselves. We are not responsible for user-generated content.
Unacceptable uses of the Website
You must not use the site in any way unrelated to your open-water swimming.
You must not be abusive to anyone.
We reserve the right to remove any content we deem unacceptable, at Our sole discretion, without notice and without recourse.
We reserve the right to close any Account breaching these terms and conditions, at Our sole discretion, without notice and without recourse.
Disclaimer
We provide the Service on a best-effort basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, about its reliability, suitability, or availability. We take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the Website being temporarily unavailable due to issues beyond Our control. Your use of the Service depends on your having a good internet connection. We cannot be held liable for any internet connectivity problems You may have. You rely on the Service at Your own risk.
